Scott Brown To Visit DC  Thursday.
Massachusetts Senate winner Scott Brown will visit his fellow Senators in Washington on Thursday and hopefully will be sworn in as quickly as the Bay State can certify him.  The Administration has apparently let it be known that it would be a bad political move to attempt any health care voting without the new Senator in his proper seat.
