Several hundred senior citizens lined up at the CVS store on Route 58 for their annual flu shots. Unfortunately they had to stand for 2 1/2 hours or more while the lines followed through the drugstore aisles. Only one nurse administered the shots while some of the elderly sought out boxes to sit on. Several were using walkers to make their way. Why didn't the health authorities schedule the flu shots for the Public Library where there is plenty of space in the lower meeting rooms, equipped with many chairs and has always been a speedy affair?
