Cablevision Cuts Favorites
Long Island tv viewers who watch the Food Network and HGTV were shocked to find that Cablevision had removed the popular channels from it's schedule in a payment dispute.  The dispute may be resolved but subscribers are starting to look at other sources for the cooking and home programming (Directv or FIOS).

Mayo Clinic Cutting Medicare
One Mayo Clinic facility in Glendale , Arizona now refuses to accept Medicare patients unless the patient pays the bill directly.  The clinic states that Medicare simply does not reimburse physicians at a reasonable rate.  Is this a sign that others may reject Medicare patients as well?  The new health care bill (not yet reconciled by Senate and House) incorporates additional Medicare cuts and eliminates Medicare advantage as well.
