Federal Judge Henry Hudson did not declare the entire law unconstitutional but some of the major components including mandates which require citizens to purchase health insurance. The requirement of mandating insurance purchase does not go into effect until 2014 so the decision is not likely to change anything in the law right now.
The Obama Administration is likely to appeal the decision. Meanwhile, at least 20 other states have filed suits against the healthcare bill. Rick Scott, Governor elect of Florida is very vocal about the issue. As a former CEO of a healthcare provider he has indicated that he would fight on against Obamacare even if the Virgina Judge's decision had gone the other way.

Vote was 81-19. DeMint, Coburn, Sanders and Gillibrand among those who voted NO. Sent on to the House which may take up the issue immediately.
