MAARLETING EPCAL
Two firms have placed bids with the town hoping to market property sales or leases at EPCAL.  Cushman & Wakefirld, a Manhattan firm has placed a bid  as did Newman Grubb also of Manhattan.
An organization owned by former Gov Pataki  has also placed a bid.

BREW TOWN
The Town Board is considering establishing a special zone on Main Street for micro breweries or similar businesses
