County Will Install Trailer
Suffolk County still plans to install a triple wide trailer at the site of the County Jail to contain 13, level 3 sex offenders.
Riverhead officials have previously complained about this, raising objections regarding proximity to schools, downtown and the Public Library.
Legislator Romaine has stated that it violates the rules regarding proximity to parks and continues do battle with the County over the issue.

Has the Mastronardi Subdivision Plan Changed?
Word has it that there may have been changes made to the Mastronardi subdivision plan which is being constructed just east of The Preserve. If there have been substantial changes made in the Planning Department on this subdivision, shouldn't there be another Public Hearing?
