Broadwater energy will appeal the NY State rejection of its proposed LP gas terminal for the Long Island Sound by resubmitting a proposal to NY State for reconsideration.

Gas prices in Riverhead on a roller coaster. $3.79, $3.83 and back to $3.81 all in about 48 hours. Meanwhile in Bay Shore a Lukoil station conducted a sale for just 106 customers by selling them regular gas for $1.06 as gallon. Some of the lucky ones waited inline for over 4 hours.
