Riverhead ResortsDelivers Check to Board-Sort of!
Riverhead Resorts showed up at the Town Board meeting with a check for $3.8 million dollars.  The check was handwritten and made out to the Town attorney (not the Town) with instructions that it not be released until the Town officially reduced the purchase price of the 755 acres to $108 million dollars.  This is getting a little circus-like.
George Gabrielsen and Jodi Giglio still want this deal terminated.
