Blizzard of 2010 Snowfall in Riverhead-Baiting Hollow area 10-12 inches reported.  Drifts however, were much deeper as winds pound the North Fork.

Airports closed. 
May open later Monday or on Tuesday.
LIRR service was suspended and then the first train was dispatched about 1:30 Monday afternoon.  More service expected soon.

Town Budget Eliminates 13 Positions.
Supervisor Walter never backed off the cutting of full and part time positions in the 2011 Town budget.  The financial plan still calls for a 3.7% tax increase for the residents.
