Government  Attempts to Shutdown Vets

The ridiculous attempt by Obama and his democrats to inconvenience the public by shutting down buildings and memorials in DC to reflect the effect of  the vote against advancing the CR has backfired in one sensational incident.

The WWII Memorial is a monument of stone and marble celebrating the men an women who fought and the many who died in  that war.  Thousands of vets travel toDC every year to visit this wonderful tribute to these brave individuals.  It is outdoors, doesn't require security or guides and yet  the powers that be put up the barricades.

You are not stopping the vets of WWII.  Several honorable congressmen showed up, pushed the barricades aside and welcomed the vets onto their (the vets)  memorial.  They did it again on Wednesday.  Louis Gohmert, Michelle Bachman  and others pushed open the gates.

God bless them and the vets who came to DC.
