Stan Carey  Named to Planning Board
Stan  Carey,director of one of the town's water districts has been named, unanimously, to the Riverhead  Planning Board.

Lisa Worthington has been renominated to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Sober House Opposite Town  Hall
The Town Board is considering issuance of a permit for a Sober House to be located opposite Town Hall on Main Street.  The building, now zoned for offices, would be converted to a 7 bedroom residence.  The board withheld approval until next meeting.  MainStreet House is the sponsor.

$23.5. Million Dollar Sewer Bond
Town is seeking to expand the sewer district requiring a bond issue to cover a 23.5 million dollar expense some of which will be covered by a grant, reserve funds and a bond.  No decision has been reached as yet.
