Travel By Air? Not So Fast!
Fuel prices are causing the airlines to cutback on services in a very serious way.
1.Continental will cut 3000 jobs and mothball 67 airplanes.
2.United will cut another 1100 jobs and ground 70 airplanes
3.American to cut capacity by at least 11 percent
These are jobs being lost by American workers and a basic transportation industry in serious jeopardy all because of the price of fuel while Congress sits on it's hands preventing domestic drilling.
Check the CSPAN channels to see what Congress is doing on a given day. Last week they were discussing a tribute to LBJ and held lengthy debates on whether to declare a "Frank Sinatra Day". PLEASE CLICK ON DRILL HERE!
