SC 912 Hits 1000 Members
When Rick Sentelli of CNBC ranted about average American taxpayers paying for others who were about to be bailed out by the government he set off a firestorm that resulted in tea parties being formed by the thousands. Little did anyone know how successful the tea party movement would be. When the Suffolk County 912 Project was organized by Bob and Mary Meyer no one expected that the organization would become so powerful and would grow stronger every week. S.C. 912 now has over 1000 members, with more joining every day. The organization will play a major role in the 2010 elections.
